You must read, agree with and accept all of the policies and terms below (the "Rules") to join skyworld.live program. "You" or "you" means the party listed on the account. You must have the authority to agree to these Rules for that party. "skyworld.live"By creating an account, you accept and acknowledge the following rules.

skyworld.live may modify or terminate the following rules of use at any time for any reason.

• We periodically update our terms to ensure their consistency with our policies and allow for addition of new features and continued improvement of our advertising solution.
• We welcome any feedback you might have to help us make our advertising and publishing products as effective and useful as possible. In a case that we detect irregular activity of an account we may ask for a photo ID.
• You may sign up for one (1) account only ,Only one account per member is allowed. Any attempt to create or sign in more than one account will result in suspending all created accounts. Furthermore, no payout or refund will be made to members who create multiple accounts.
• Also members with more than one account will be banned from further using skyworld.live
• Member information is NOT shared with public or any other third party. Members can not transfer an account's balance to another account.
• Providing false or wrong account information will result in immediate account closure.
• Any attempt to misuse Skyworld.live will result in immediate account closure.
• Payouts are only sent to verified accounts.
• The owners of this website reserve the right to reveal your identity (or any other related information collected) in the event of legal action arising from any situation caused by your use of this website.
• We cannot offer refunds on deposits or transactions carried out.
• We have the right to terminate or adjust your account and any pending payments or account balances including information previously submitted for any reason or no reason, at any time, with or without
• notice, including if we believe you are under 16 year of age, violating these terms and conditions or features throughout the site; such as but not limited to cheating, multiple accounts and spamming.
• You must submit a valid Phone no and e-mail address that you can be contacted at.
• You must submit an appropriate name. If we find it to be offensive, it will be changed or in some cases your account be will removed.
• You must never give out your password except to an administrator of Skyworld.live for your protection and validity reasons.
• You must never use another person's account.
• Members must be at least siteen (16) years of age.
• We recommend members between 16 - 18 ask for their parents permission before using the service at You-Cubez.com.
• Skyworld.live does not discriminate based on race, nationality, disability, or religion.
• Accounts may be deactivated if inactive for 6 months which may include loss of accrued earnings, referrals and account balances.
• By signing up to Skyworld.live you agree to receive site newsletters and updates via e-mail. You can UNSUBSCRIBE from these at any time.



ADVERTISING

• All ad will be approved by a site moderator before being added.
• Ad must be primarily hindi and contain sufficient content.
• We do not accept ad to sites that contain: pornography or sexual content, viruses, discriminatory/hate-based websites, illegal drugs/pharmaceuticals, pop-ups/unders, links to these types of content or anything we find or believe to be illegal /offensive.
• You cannot advertise your Skyworld.live referral link on the site.
• Skyworld.live reserves the right to refuse any ad from new or exising members for any reason, in its sole discretion.
• Admin fees will be deducted
• from 10 - 15%.
• Rs.500 to Rs.999 = 15% Admin Fees.
• Rs.1000+ = 10% Admin Fees.



PAYMENTS

• All commissions earned will be paid out via Bank account,
• Minimum payout from Rs.500/-
• All members must have update kyc before requesting a payment.
• Members must wait at least 2 days since their last payment before requesting further payments.
• Payments requested are usually sent within 24h to 72h working days after the requested date. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.
• We have the right to decline or amend payment requests or A/c balances and Earnings balances at any time, with or without notice, if we feel a member has violated these terms and conditions are us of their activity/legitimacy or a bug/ system error has occured.
• The name on your Skyworld.live account must match the name on your Bank account in order to receive payment.
• If Bank does not allow payments , your payment will be declined and earnings will be transferred back to your account.
• You are responsible for paying your own taxes and any other fees that apply.
